Salary: Up To £40,000.00 Per Annum

The Role

This is a great opportunity to join a growing engineering business where you'll play a key role in supporting production, improving efficiency and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

• Create, edit and optimise CNC machine programs
• Support production through program improvements and troubleshooting
• Liaise with production, tooling and engineering teams
• Ensure programs meet quality and health & safety requirements
• Support continuous improvement activities across the machine shop

About You

• Previous CNC programming experience
• CNC machining background
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive and team-focused approach
• Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent preferred
