The Role

As Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical building services projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience managing mechanical building services projects.
• Experience managing project budgets, programmes and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• A commercially minded approach, with an understanding of project profitability.
• The ambition and drive to take on greater responsibility and progress into a Director position.
