JT Recruit is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Derby Head Office.

Whether you have experience in transport, logistics, commercial operations, customer service, account management or sales, this could be your opportunity to take the next step in your career.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own desk, developing client relationships and connecting great people with great opportunities.

• Build relationships: Develop strong partnerships with new and existing clients.
• Win new business: Identify opportunities, make connections and turn leads into lasting commercial relationships.
• Match great people with great jobs: Source, interview and place candidates across a range of sectors.
• Manage the full recruitment process: From the first client conversation to a successful placement.
• Grow your own business: Take ownership of your desk, develop your market and maximise your earning potential.

Your experience in transport, logistics or commercial environments could give you a real advantage. You understand deadlines, customer expectations, service delivery and the importance of getting the right people in the right roles.

You'll be joining an established recruitment business with 26 years of industry experience, a strong local presence and opportunities to build lasting client relationships across Distribution, Industrial, Commercial, Technical, NHS and Government sectors.

Your background could be in transport planning, logistics, operations, sales, account management, customer service or commercial administration. What matters most is your attitude, people skills and desire to succeed.

Previous recruitment experience is welcome, but transferable skills and the right mindset could be just as valuable.

The Details

Location: JT Recruit Head Office, Derby
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within 7am–6pm
Salary: £28,000 basic + uncapped commission
