As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping pupils to reach their full potential. Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting students in the classroom on a one-to-one or small group basis
• Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not always essential
• A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting education
• Relevant qualifications are welcomed but not required for all positions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
